Individual psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is a long-term or short-term collaborative process between the psychologist (therapist) and client (child or adult). A safe and favourable environment is provided. This allows individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviour. Therapy allows for the facilitation of change and the improvement of quality of life to occur. Within this process, individuals are able to reach whatever personal goals, growth and change they wish to.

This type of therapy can assist with a wide range of life experiences like:

Cash- Discounted rate of R1 100 per session

Please Note: All accounts are to be settled at the session. If medical aid claims are rejected or sessions are invoiced for specific agreed upon reasons, the account is to be settled within 30 days of invoicing. After 90 days, accounts will be handed over for debt collection.
Couples psychotherapy

This allows individuals within a couple system to explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviour. Therapy allows for the facilitation of change and the improvement of quality of life to occur. Within this process, families are able to reach whatever personal goals, growth, and change they wish to.​
This type of therapy can assist with a wide range of life experiences, such as:

Cancellation Policy
Please note that appointments need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance or a fee will be charged. Not cancelling in time denies another client an opportunity to receive services. Cancellations and re-scheduling can easily be managed via the online scheduler.
